INNOVATIVE MEAT SNACKS WITH AN API-COMPLEX FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECOVERY UNDER TECHNOGENIC STRESS

In today’s rapidly changing world, societies across the V4 region and Ukraine face increasing levels of technogenic stress - caused byurbanization, environmental degradation, digital overload, and socio-political instability. These pressures manifest in rising rates of chronicfatigue, weakened immunity, and mental health challenges, particularly among vulnerable groups such as displaced persons, women,children, and frontline workers. According to WHO, over 60% of Europeans report experiencing stress-related health symptoms, whileglobal food systems struggle to provide accessible, functional nutrition that supports resilience and recovery.
